You are not staying at a resort. You are staying in a Caribbean Villa perched up on a hillside, capturing the endless views this part of the world has to offer. The three level home sits on 1.5 acres with a private 150 ft beach and is located on the eastern end of Guanaja tucked in a grove of palms, banana trees and tropical flowers.
You are your own boss. You decide what to do with your day and how it shall unfold. Do you want to relax on the beach? Or go try the world class Scuba Diving within minutes of the Shoreline? Or maybe test your fishing skills on the unfounded Flats just across the Bay? It’s all up to you and we provide you all the tools you need to accomplish your dreams.
The weekly rental of the property includes the use of the entire estate and grounds. The property is over 2100 square feet with an additional 1200 square feet of open air decks. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms allow for up to 6 guests.
The property comes with a full time caretaker/captain and a full time cook/maid. You have the choice of either cooking your own delicious meals or having them prepared for you.
A 24 foot Panga boat powered by a 75 horse Yamaha engine is at your disposal for our Captain to drive you around the Island.
Even though you are far from your home, the property has all of the amenities you would expect to keep you comfortable including electric, hot water, satellite TV, high speed Internet and more.
